
In the current economic climate we've seen our community coming under increasing stress. We've seen more and more women who would benefit from a stay at The Monastery. With this in mind we've significantly reduced the cost of a stay at The Monastery to $1,500 plus GST.
While this will not cover all the costs of running The Monastery we believe it's important that in difficult times, The Monastery remains accessible. We understand that this may still seem out of reach for some women and offer a number of payment options.

Refund or Disputes resolution policy
The cost of your stay is fully refundable if we are unable to accommodate you on the date agreed upon.
- 100% refund less $15 (NZD) admin fee for cancellations received 5 -10 working days before you are booked to stay
- 50% refund less $15 (NZD) admin fee for cancellations received within 5 days of your booked stay
- No refund if you do not arrive for your booked stay
Refunds can be negotiated as an exception with the Chief Executive
Currency of Domicile - transaction currency
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account, due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to NZ dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
