We'll help you settle into your room and show you around the house and gardens. After you've had time to relax, unwind and enjoy your room, join us to meet the team and learn about the rhythms of the house. Later in the day you'll have the opportunity to meet with one of our team members and further discuss your wellness therapies and workshops. |

Our staff have extensive backgrounds in a variety of areas of traditional and alternative health. The most important aspect of The Monastery retreat is you, and how you spend your stay is entirely your choice. Some women love to curl up in the sun with a book or two from our library, others enjoy a lie in and breakfast in bed. Some love to be active and explore the garden or walk alongside the nearby river. Others treat themselves with a massage or enjoy the artist's materials on hand. |
