We wish to sincerely acknowledge the support and generosity of the many people who have contributed to developing The Monastery wellness retreat. Large teams of talented craftsmen, designers, gardeners and project managers worked tirelessly to see every room transformed into a place of discovery and delight. Similarly, the foundation team of staff have, with passion and enthusiasm, created the retreat programme.

To the International Art Gallery in Parnell, Auckland, sincere gratitude for the generous donation of the Venice painting next to the fire place in the formal lounge and for ongoing assistance in sourcing the artwork for the retreat, which is all original New Zealand art.
