Healthy living is a priority at The Monastery and the meals we serve are fresh, natural, nutritious and of the highest quality. Our seasonal menu reflects our strong commitment to organics, health and sustainable living.
We endevour to provide food that offers an abundance of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. Our chef and health professionals have worked together to determine how to best offer those requirements. You'll find that our chef creates healthy plant-based meals using local produce and whole foods, including organic fruit, vegetables and herbs from our organic gardens. 
While at The Monastery you may enjoy muesli and yoghurt, fresh bread and a selection
of fruits, juices and smoothies for breakfast in our country style kitchen, or treat yourself
to a relaxing breakfast in your room. Lunch is a shared experience, often enjoyed in The Monastery's beautiful gardens when the weather is fine. Dinner is a fine
dining experience and always a highlight. Our menu offers fare such as oven-baked fish, stuffed squash
with nut loaf and fresh garden salad and ratatouille.
